If you are not a well seasoned event manger, the forms can be daunting! We are fluent in show quick facts. We have a show services coordinator to complete all of the forms due into show management. If you are a top notch event manager, your time might be too valuable to complete and submit all of the forms in time for the advanced discount pricing. A sampling of forms that you could need include but are not limited to:
• Material handling (drayage);
• Electrical order
• Electrical labor order
• Hanging sign labor
• Proper diagrams for placement of electrical
We will get you your costs for all of your show expenses including the aforementioned as well as:
• Nightly cleaning
• Food sampling
• Beverage or food service
• Wi-fi w/ router
• Wired connection points and their respective diagrams.
We will submit your floor plan with the proper and necessary electrical, internet, water, air and make sure they are down before your flooring.

We will make sure you comply with all of the show rules, get you the best pricing, and help you to be the star of your show. After the show, we can store your booth.
